Enjoy Einbeck’s delights

Many of Einbeck’s delicacies are handmade. More than ten types of mustard are produced in the Einbeck mustard mill using the classic stone-grinding method. Coffee is hand-roasted in the Einbeck coffee roasting house. Freshly ground coffee can be enjoyed in the coffee roastery directly on the market square. On a shopping trip through the old town, many small shops offer special deals and lots of flair. Be sure to stop by the Einbeck Blue Dye Printing. In 1638, the dyer’s workshop would be founded. The Einbeck Blue Dye Printing workshop and store are located in a historic half-timbered house on Möncheplatz.
Einbeck’s restaurants and pubs offer more than 14 different types of Einbeck beer. For the bock beer year, there are of course seasonal bock beers and the Ainpöckisch made to an original recipe.
