A gem in the heart of Germany

Right in the middle—that’s how you could sum it up by looking at a map of Germany. Einbeck lies idyllically nestled among rolling hills in the heart of the state, between the Weserbergland, the Harz Mountains, and the Solling region. With an area of more than 231 square kilometers, Einbeck is the largest city in southern Lower Saxony by land area! There’s so much to discover, marvel at, and experience here! In this former Hanseatic city, you’ll find many magnificently decorated historic half-timbered houses, delicious Einbeck beer, and Europe’s largest classic car collection at the PS.SPEICHER, which houses more than 2,500 exhibits. With Einbeck’s blue-printing tradition, there’s even a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage site right in the heart of the old town.

A vacation in Einbeck?! It’s worth it!
