Every year, Goslar shines in festive splendor: the Christmas market smells enticingly of cinnamon, baked apples and roasted almonds – Christmas is in the air! Romantically framed by the backdrop of the market square, 80 lovingly decorated wooden huts invite you to stroll and feast. A special highlight is the Christmas forest. Surrounded by 60 illuminated conifers, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a hot drink. The atmospheric lighting and lively hustle and bustle make for an incomparable Advent experience.
Since this year, the Goslar Christmas market has officially been one of the most beautiful in Europe and bears the “Excellent European Christmas Market 2025” seal.
