Romanesque Garden

Right next to the 12th-century Neuwerk monastery church, a quiet space has been created that stimulates all the senses: In the Romanesque garden, ornamental, useful and medicinal plants that have long since disappeared elsewhere grow on raised beds bordered by planks. Exemplary for a “barrier-free” presentation: all paths are wide enough for wheelchair users, the information is also provided in Braille.
