Hameln’s significance as a location for conventions has clearly grown in recent years. One factor in this was completion of the modern and centrally situated event venue Weserbergland-Zentrum (WB-Z) in 1996. The building’s technical equipment is state-of-the-art by any standards, its approx. 1,500-m² premises with flexible room size arrangements providing convention venues for groups from 17 to 700 persons. As the Weserbergland-Zentrum is directly connected to the Hameln theatre, it is possible to use a further 700 seats (fixed seats in rows) and a complete theatre stage. This ensures a large auditorium while at the same time having the premises at the convention centre available for workshops or exhibits. A further convention venue in Hameln is the multi-purpose hall Rattenfänger-Halle. It offers space for various kinds of large business, cultural and sporting events of up to 2,200 seats and trade fairs / exhibitions.

Whether you’re interested in guided city tours, visits to museums or a glass foundry, or an outing to the countryside, we are at your service for a programme according to your individual wishes. Or you’re planning an exquisite evening event: in that case, we support you in your search for a fitting location. Further, we also provide you with support in planning special events, artistic performances, as well as with our experience gathered from around 200 events per year.

Bus transfer
For excursions or a shuttle service between convention venue and the hotels or an evening event location, we organise bus transfer for you and obtain attractive offers from our partners.
